8. Telehealth and Electronic Communications We offer telehealth services via VSee, phone, email, and text. While we take appropriate security measures, please be aware that electronic communications may not be fully secure. Email and text messaging should not be used to discuss clinical content, and we recommend using VSee or in-person sessions for sensitive matters.

 

9. Mandated Reporting

We are legally required to report suspected cases of abuse, neglect, or threats of harm to self or others to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Tennessee law.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The most current version will be available upon request or at our office.
